Drone shot. Nothing explains it better than a picture. The back deck is literally right above the river. It is most relaxing sitting outside and listening to the waterfall. Bring your fishing gear and you might catch something floating down the water.

LG Smart Steam large capacity washer and dryer. Clean is a promise! Please leave the washer door and the detergent compartment open after the wash cycle to avoid mold build up.

4 person infrared sauna from Costco. Go by yourself and lay down for a truly relaxing experience. Set the mood with light, set the timer. Relax in the Zero gravity chair outside for a few minutes (not pictured) and go for seconds.
ROKU Tv features complimentary YouTubeTV and many workout programs. Or connect or place your laptop to listen to your classes (laptop stand povided for).
Zero gravity chairs to relax in between sauna sessions. Rest time should match the sauna session, for example 12 minutes in sauna, minimum 12 minutes rest.

Build in 1986, severly neglected for many years, turned into a jewel with a bit of love and attention.
View upstream, so serene and calming. A small waterfall provides the perfect background noise.

Our river front dog-friendly property, is a haven for both you and your furry family members. With a fully fenced yard, elevated dog beds, crates, drinking stations and a doggy pool, your dogs will feel right at home. You’ll find thoughtful touches throughout, from furniture covers, dog towels and a treat jar in the kitchen to a well-stocked first aid kit, toys and bowls for your dogs. We are on a private well, no need to buy bottled water. The water is tested regularly and tastes wonderful.
We never charge a dog fee, because we believe your dogs are family and should be treated as such!
Inside, the main bedroom features a king-size bed with silky linens, a plush comforter, white noise machine and blackout curtains for the ultimate in relaxation. The adjacent office space is perfect for remote work, complete with a height-adjustable desk, computer display, and printer. The full bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a steam shower, LED lights, and a Bluetooth radio.
The open-concept living area includes leather recliners, a 65" ROKU TV with complimentary YouTubeTV, and a cozy original “Fisher” wood-burning fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all-new LG Smart appliances, a selection of cold beverages in the fridge, a well stocked pantry, coffee and tea station, and even a bar for mixing up your favorite drinks. Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

After having successfully launched Shepherds Lounge and Shepherds Run, this is the 3rd property that caters to our best friends aka doggies aka furbabies - at the same time providing a quality stay for their humans! I am originally from Austria, a veteran of the service industry and I love my dogs - always take them with me when going places. The amount of items I had to pack just for the dogs was overwhelming. On top of that, sleeping arrangements in many locations are mediocre, leading to sleepless nights or sore backs. After hours on the road, you find empty cabinets, not even a speck of salt, an empty fridge, no shampoo in the bathroom, no laundry detergent, not even a bottle of water. I decided to do better, compiled a list of all the things I would like to find upon arrival and started a business. Shepherds Lounge was the first step into the short term hospitality business, followed by Shepherds Run. Constantly strive to improve. I am looking forward to hearing about your experience and suggestions!
